Preceded in death by parents, Clara H. Walker and Burnell Walker; and brother, Ronald Walker; Sterling is survived by a sister, Carole W. Johnson; children, Karen W. Baughan (Keith), Timothy C. Walker (Alana); and two grandchildren, Hayden Baughan and Quinn Walker, who gave him his final nickname, "Gampy."
Sterling was a contractor by trade with an eye for detail and perfection in which his customers of over 60 years became close friends. Sterling had a passion for hunting and being with his beloved hunt club friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
