Robert Stephen Piedmont

In 1968 Robert was honorably discharged from the Army as Combat Infantryman during the Vietnam War. He loved his career in auto sales and was an avid NASCAR fan. Robert rarely missed an NFL game on TV and could always express his 'gracious' opinion as to why the game plan went wrong. Duct tape was his favorite repair tool. He was generous in his support to various patriotic charities and animal rescue organizations.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, James Vernon and Cassie Hall Piedmont and his brother James 'Jimmy' V. Piedmont, Jr.

He will be lovingly missed by his surviving brother, William 'Eddie' Piedmont (Linda Lou); nephew, Scott Wilson, nieces, Shannon L. Piedmont, Betsy Piedmont Campbell (Latane) and many other family members and friends.

We will truly miss Robert and pray that he is resting under the wings of the Almighty True God. Psalm 91
