Katherine Carrie Robinson

Age 77 | March 21, 2025 | Richmond, VA

Katherine “Carrie” (Taddeo) Robinson passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on March 21, 2025, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. She was 77.

Born in Rochester, New York, Carrie was the daughter of Angelo and Mary Taddeo and grew up in Greece, NY. Carrie lived her faith deeply, proudly sharing the love of Jesus Christ through her words and actions. From a young age, she carried a heart for others and her church.

Nothing made her happier than cooking as a family and bringing everyone together around the dining room table, sharing a meal, stories, and laughter.

Carrie is survived by her husband, Keith Robinson; her sister, Elaine Anderson (Steve); her children, Bethany (Minh), Timothy (Page) and Bryan (Maria); and her cherished grandchildren: Emma, Eloise, Everett, Rowan, Orion, and Aurora. She was preceded in death by her parents Angelo and Mary; her brothers, George and Richard; and her beloved son, Joel Adam.

It is perhaps no coincidence that she passed on National Down Syndrome Day (3/21) - a community close to her heart as her son, Joel, was born with Down Syndrome. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carrie’s memory may be made to the National Down Syndrome Society at give.NDSS.org.

A celebration of Carrie’s life will be held in Richmond, Virginia at the Hallsley Clubhouse, 3900 Brightwalton Rd., Midlothian, VA, 23112, on Good Friday, April 18, 2025, from 2:00-4:00pm
