Harold Thomas Hardy Jr.

Harold Thomas Hardy, Jr. (“Tom”) - 79 of Henrico, peacefully passed away September 3, 2026 with family by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold T. Hardy Sr. and Ann M. Hardy. He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Linda Yates Hardy; two children, Tommy Hardy (Jamie) and Mandy Hardy (Daniel); 3 grandchildren, Avery Fusco (Raelyn), Ryland and Tahlyn Hardy. He is also survived by his 4 brothers, Ron Hardy (Diane), John Hardy (Theresa), Bruce Hardy (Denise) and Randy Hardy (Karen). Tom graduated from Highland Springs High School in 1965. He proudly served his country as a US Marine. Tom retired as a successful salesman from the food business in 2010. He enjoyed coaching baseball, basketball and football and loved the New York Yankees. He and Linda loved to travel and take trips to the beach with family and friends. He loved celebrating Christmas and enjoyed music and music trivia. Always had a story and a quote to share that would make us laugh and brighten up the room. His greatest love was his wife, children and grandchildren. A special thank you to his wonderful neighbors who were like family to him. Tom will be remembered for his commitment to family and being a friend to all. A celebration of life will be planned in the coming weeks.
