I worked for Universal Leaf for 36 years. During that time I had the pleasure of interacting with Cole on many occasions. He was a very special man, and a significant contributor to our company. 

After retirement, Cole laid brick for the outdoor front  entrance of our home in Richmond. We could not have asked for a more professional job. It took him longer than expected to complete the work because we sat around and swapped stories about the old days in the tobacco business!!

Cole was not only a professional colleague but a friend as well. He had a very challenging job, but always satisfied everyone’s needs through his competence and excellent people skills . I shall sorely miss him.
