

Christopher Lee Sullivan, affectionately known as "Chris," of Fairfax, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at the age of 46. Born on February 6, 1979, in Fairfax, Virginia, Chris spent his formative years in Arlington, Virginia.
As the owner of Clean Cut Yard Service, Chris earned multiple awards for his exceptional landscaping work in Falls Church, Virginia. He had a passion and talent for working on and fixing lawn equipment, a testament to his love for hands-on work and problem-solving. Chris was cherished by many for his hearty, infectious laugh and warm smile. An avid music lover, he had an uncanny ability to memorize song lyrics, which he proudly shared with those around him.
Chris is preceded in death by his father, Danny R. Sullivan. He leaves behind his maternal grandmother, Jane A. Edelen, his loving mother, Bonnie R. Sullivan, and his father figure, Timothy C. Fleming. His siblings, Stacy L. Summitt, Danny R. Sullivan II, Danielle S. Conte, and Michelle D. Aldrich also survive him. He also leaves behind his beloved children, Kaitlyn L. Sullivan and Dalton W. Sullivan, and his partner of six years, Lyndsie T. Hendrick, with whom he shared a deep and loving relationship.
A private family interment will be held for Chris. Family and friends will be invited to a Celebration of Life at a future date to honor and remember the joy he brought into their lives.
